I've used Big Yellow Storage in Chiswick and Brighton over the years. Unfortunately the customer service at this branch cost them a customer.Moved my storage to Access Self Storage Balham. The manager there was super helpful. Not only did he price match but gave me 4 months at half price!You'll get better value from Access Self Storage Balham.

When I got to the big yellow self storage in Balham, I was welcomed by Tez who walked through the steps of the storage very patiently and kindly with me, as I was also having a hard day. It was so lovely of her to help me and calm me, I feel comfortable contacting her in need of help. Additionally, she explained everything very slowly to me and repeatedly, making sure I understood. I had a very pleasant experience here on my moving day, which calmed down a very stressful experience that I was having that day. Thank you :)

Big Yellow Self Storage Balham
The staff at Big Yellow Balham are an absolute credit to the company. In particular, Nat and Tez made what was a stressful period for me a ton easier. Both were super friendly and I'd often end up stopping to chat to them every time I came in! They were always happy to answer any questions (my first time putting stuff in storage!) and they really couldn't do enough for me; I was surprised how easy the whole process has been. I hope mgmt and head office know how great they are.
