Good customer service and I have hink the prices are reasonable, though a bit more pricey than online stores, but then again no delivery fees.

Went in the shop today (Sunday 13th June), neither the staff nor customers were wearing masks, and when I asked them why not the staff member said it was her shop and she could do what she wanted. I won't be going there again.

The usual African grocery shop. Lots of different products are available. Some food stuffs have different options of maker or sizes available. Website needs upgrading. Same day local delivery. Phone receptionist needs training and more communication strategy.
