Ben took the time to review what we needed and provided a detailed quote. Team was responsive via What's app (nice change vs. emails only) and point person arrived on the day as planned and on time. Dennis who carried out the boiler service and other requests worked efficiently, cleanly and didn't bother me at all, but at the same time was so helpful with a few extras I needed to add on that day. Highly recommend this company and will use them again!

Terrific service. Terrific people. We have used Ben and the gang several times now and are really, really happy with everything about their work and their staff. They have re-plumbed our whole house, including new boiler and, most recently, rapidly diagnosed and fixed our hot water pressure unit - getting us back to lovely hot showers ASAP. We would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have used Milton's Plumbing a couple of times now and have found their service and work to be outstanding. It is always difficult to find trades people you can trust, and I have had some pretty awful experiences, but I trust Milton's Plumbing 100% and will continue to use them.

A prompt, efficient, polite, professional, good value service. The initial visit and quote were made in a timely manner. Once we agreed to proceed, the works were scheduled very swiftly and the workmen arrived exactly as and when promised. Good advice was given as to alternative options for the works with clear costs. The whole process was very professional and painless and we have no hesitation at all in recommending Milton's Plumbing and Heating. After our first very positive experience, we have since used them on other occasions and the service was just as good and pretty much exemplary every time.

As a manager, I value their strong communication, good advice, clarity of when they will attend and arriving when they said they would! We have used Milton's since moving to Crowborough five years ago ... they do an annual service on our boiler, replacing faulty parts where necessary. We would thoroughly recommend their friendly service. Excellent.

I used Milton’s for a tap replacement and was very impressed! In my younger days I may have tried it myself but it would have taken me ages - to find the right place to turn off the water, get the right tools before even starting the job and then it would have been a couple of hours chaos in the kitchen. Milton’s came on time, carrying everything that possibly would be needed and did the job in 20 minutes. The plumber was smart, very professional and friendly. All for the price of a standard call out charge. Well done!

Ben arrived exactly on time. He is very friendly and helpful. He was very thorough servicing my gas boiler and left everything neat and tidy. I have used him for various jobs over the past couple of years and I would recommend him.
