Hard work and hard sales techniques. Although the car itself is good the heavy handed sales was very stressful and they 100% didn’t like the fact that i did not want finance. There was a real attitude about us wanting to purchase with hard earnt cash. Try calling and they never return calls or pass on messages and get nasty when you point this out. The heavy handed sales calls regarding GAP insurance have already started. If purchasing from this branch I would suggest that you are strong and stand firm or they will happily bully you.
