I was given Steve's number by a friend when I was having issues with my old boiler. Steve attended straight away and was able to install an old thermostat to ensure I had hot water and heating whilst I weighed up the options for my boiler.I was contemplating a combination boiler but was unsure of the work involved and the cost this could incur.Steve provided a quote, clearly broken down for the boiler removal and replacement, which also included removing everything associated with the old boiler as well as blocking up the hole this would leave. I mentioned a few others areas I wanted looking at and he provided me with a detailed basic quote, but then the option to add the extras as I wished allowing me to keep track of the cost.I agreed for the work to be completed and Steve was able to start within a few weeks. He arrived on time, talked me through the process, what would be achieved on each day, including the importance of how long I'd be without heating or hot water!! I was at work for the majority of the installation but I trusted him completely in my home. He was very tidy in his work, always left a handover to update me with what he'd achieved and what would be next and was happy to answer my calls if I needed further clarification.He registering my boiler for the warranty, providing me with the paperwork I needed and returned after the work was completed to talk me through the new thermostat and the boiler. I would happily recommend Steve and will be using him for my future heating concerns.

I first contacted Steve when my elderly parents where having problems with their boiler. He dealt with things so simply for them and helped find an economical solution, that I had no hesitation in contacting him when we needed all our central heating pipes replacing and new boiler installing. With such a large job my wife had been dreading the upheaval and the subsequent redecoration of every room that this would bring with it. Steve, came over to assess the job, reasured us and sent us a quote promptly which we agreed was more that reasonable. A date was set and we braced our selves for the clear up afterwards.We needn't have worried. Although every room in the house was involved Steve left us neat and tidy each day and in the end only minor decoration was required in the kitchen, where the new boiler was fitted.I was so pleased with Steve's work, I recommended him to a passer by who asked about him after seeing his van.He is honest, trustworthy and easy to deal with. Id recommend him to anyone."

We've used Haywood heating for several years to carry out boiler servicing and maintenance so when it came time to put in a new boiler Steven was our first call.Steven was very professional and prepared two different quotes for us to look over based on a few different options. Before deciding to go ahead he was happy to answer any questions we had. Once we accepted the quote we were able to book in to have the boiler installed at a time that was convenient to us.Steven did a brilliant job at installing the new boiler and removing the old one. He kept us informed at all stages, where he was up to and what would need to happen next. He made every effort to keep disruptions such as gas/water switch offs to a minimum. He was also very good at keeping mess to an absolute minimum.As our install took place in the school holidays my young children were about and Steven was really good with them as they had lots of questions about what he was doing.I would recommend Haywood heating to anyone in need of a new boiler or boiler servicing and repairs.

Steve has given us an amazing service throughout the whole process of quoting , installation of our new boiler and commissioning.Steve was fast and efficient so as not to leave us without hot water when our existing boiler failed.I can’t praise Steve enough and would highly recommend his services and value for money to anyone thinking of using him you won’t be disappointed!!

Steve made the whole process stress free and easy. Even helped us with the old system when he came to quote as we had just moved in and couldn’t get it to work efficiently.

Steve is a lovely friendly guy who has done a fantastic boiler service and we also had a loose wire that was a problem with the thermostat and he came out to fix that,no charge and no problem after the service itself.Would highly recommend.

Steve has done an excellent job moving our boiler. He is professional and explains everything to you each step of the way. He is friendly and polite and I was more then happy to have him in my home. He cleaned up after himself and did not rush the job coming back the next day to finish up instead which is a lot better then a rushed job. I will call Steve again for any gass work we need in the future. Highly recommended.
