I recently bought my Audi A5 black edition from Canterbury motors and what can I say it was the exact car I’ve been wanting for years. (Andrew) one of the sales men there was very friendly the day I went to veiw the car they gave me the keys and let me look around the car without any pressure to buy it. I looked around the car and test drove it and Eveything was smooth. It also was my first time buying a car from a showroom like Canterbury and after the experience and service I’ve received I feel much confident and will definitely be back in the future for cars. I highly recommend everyone to check out Canterbury motors as everything is handled securely and easy from transactions to being behind the wheels. I bought a car from Canterbury Motoring World 19 months ago for £8,995 with 3 years finance on it. From day 1 it had airbag warning lights which I mentioned a few times but they never seemed to follow it up (They knew I was pregnant too so would have been nice if they sorted it for my peace of mind). You are only given 3 months warranty then after that you’re on your own. I spent thousands on various repairs that weren’t my fault until the fuel injector went on the way to my wedding which eventually meant I had to scrap it with loads of finance left to pay. My garage quoted “I wouldn’t even give you a bag of sand for it”. Giving 2 stars because I genuinely loved the car but I would advise going to a proper dealership.

First of all I would like to thank Aaron for all his hard work with helping me with the car I brought from CMW and to all of their staff. The car I bought drive superb, but it did have a couple of issues when i bought it and they promised to fix these (daytime running light not working and small chip in windscreen). I had to drop the car back to them so this could be sorted out . They all went above and beyond to get my car all sorted out and back to me as soon as possible.I would have no issues buying another car from Canterbury Motoring World.

I would have given 5 stars but the lack of coffee none offered. As for everything else it was a good buying experience. And the after sales was good. Everything I asked was done so 10/10 for that. Anyone looking for a good used car I can recommend CMW. Keep up the good work chaps.
