Really bad service. Cleaner cancels, doesn't show up or leaves early in the first 3 weeks. Asked for a replacement cleaner and got told I have to wait for 2 weeks as they don't have any. Left after 3 weeks with them.

Maid2Clean does not check whether their cleaners are actually able to clean things, either when the cleaner is recruited or when they are set up with a client. This means they are charging for a service they cannot guarantee - or even assume - is being delivered. To make it worse, while they responded within an hour before we signed up, it took several days to acknowledge our concerns and no action was taken to resolve them. Absolutely would not recommend.

Cleaner was great to start with but started sending rather rude texts if not getting instant replies and kept changing dates. We were happy to help but one day it got to the final straw and we asked for a new cleaner. Booked them in and on the day of the new clean the cleaner cancelled and no alternative offered, leaving us in the lurch with loads of guests due. I would recommend getting someone local, not sure what you are paying the agency for, almost irrelevant.

Only a marketing company- no control through any online platform, they do very little and take a shocking share of the cleaners hard worked money. Pay your cleaners more.
