Paul Graham have handled the sale of my late uncle's house for me. It was a slow process with a couple of sales falling through, however we got there in the end. They were friendly and professional throughout, they kept me informed and I always felt I could trust their advice. Happy to recommend.

I want to review the interaction I had with them back in Nov 2022.I cannot talk about any further processes that they might be great at or not.Back in Nov. 2022 we wanted to get our property valued to sell due to relocation, our property was out of the ordinary to the flat/semi /detached/etc as it was a ground floor maisonette and there are not many - apparently.Paul Graham were the first of 5 different agents coming around.The property is 2 bed, open plan, updated, with garage, private entrance and enclosed beautiful patio with outdoor kitchen/BBQ and FREEHOLD.We expected the property to be on a good number since it was spot on in so many ways.Said that, the gentleman who came brought with him a comparison of prices for us to see, but he kept it as only flats in there ( no maisonettes) and these flats were not comparable like for like with our property.Anyways... 15 min in the property, didn't even check the refurbished updated garage or the outdoor patio ( as it was raining) and said several things about our property being what it was... a 2 bed flat on a busy road and it had the corner shop and the pizzeria near by, so he put them as negatives. So he valued the property at 280K. We were heartbroken, we thought we had a good property but clearly not, he is the professional isn't he?We were so deflated for days until the 2nd agent came along.... and the 3rd.... and the 4th and finally the 5th!!!! All of them valued it at 310k, 320K and 2 of them at 350K. Happy days now!!!We actually sold it on day 1 of being online (26.12.23) to the first couple who visited, they offered on the day and over the asking price.5 viewings on day 1 and 4 offers.I am super happy I didn't stay with just one, specially PG.I felt that Paul Graham (at least the guy who came) had no idea of what our place was worth, and clearly they undervalued my property by 75K. Sold at 355K.I personally did not have a good experience with them.My advice, shop around, you might find something way better!
