Curry sauce was awful , soup poor and food generally lacking in quality. Second time takeaway meal has been very poor , Overall a dramatic decline in the food offering , won’t be using again until it gets sorted . Had the chef changed ?

Sadly has gone way downhill. Had never had a bad meal until few months ago left it and tried again tonight. Ribs way over salted. The chicken was poor quality and overcooked. Cashew nut dish was mostly bamboo shoots overcooked. Never again

Ordered for my friends Birthday dinner..NEVER AGAIN..Paid £8 for a cold /dried out/tasteless prawn chow mein/The chips were cold/reheated. Overall extremely poor/small portions and overpriced..Not even worth ONE star...

Pretty disappointed by their continuing spiral into bad service. We've been using Great Wall as our main takeaway for three years, but each time the delivery has been longer and longer, and the food colder each time. I've seen myself waiting in excess of an hour at the shop since I assumed that collection would have been faster a couple of times. We kept going back because of how good the food is. However, today was the last straw. Yes I get that right now takeaways are very busy right now - but don't accept online orders guaranteeing collection by a set time if you can't fulfill them! We ordered online and were told the order was accepted, and to collect at 18.50. We arrived at 1900 to be told they hadn't even started our order yet and it would be at least another 30 minutes". Too much over promising and under delivering."

This will be my 3rd and final review of this takeaway. The previous 2 have had different problems with the takeaways non which have been resolved the final straw was a £38 order much of it was not great and no prawn crackers. I thought this might be an error on their part but when I phoned to ask about them I was taken aback to find it wasn't an error. I was told I had not ordered them and would have to pay for them. A pity this place started well and even though it was more expensive than others not too far away we kept ordering from them. But that's us finished.

Food defo went downhill ordered cream of chicken soup and was shocked to find it was a tin of cream of chicken soup and not the usual one and rice and curry sauce was horrid awe well last time I will order from them

Totally over pricedFood is beyond inedibleRice rock hard“Large” Chow Mein was so dry it literally all came out togetherDon’t even ask about the Chicken ballsSalt and chilli chips must have been ran under a tap and hung out the window on the drive here.Sauces were wrong.Waited almost 3 hours for delivery called four times to try cancel.£30 and a whole Takeaway in the binFelt sick looking at it.
