No Minus option....The Guy didn't want to know when i took it back to complain...6k spent on a car needed for care duties for a dementia Patient ( paid by the old lady with Dementia )...4 months later and £700 in bills im told cars scrap,(2 to 3k to put right ) and it was not sold, fit for purpose.1 month warranty only, I've not had time to go back ( plus the cars been in the garage more than out )Always read reviews folks....

Poor service once he has your money it's impossible to get an issue with the car resolved claiming it is not covered by any warranty trading standards say its factory fitted and should be covered. Its a route I tried not taking but I'll see him in court

I bought my first work van from here this week and the service was very good. The guy I dealt with was very friendly and the delivery was free.The van itself is awesome. Very good condition inside and out. Drives great so far. Really pleased with it.Delivery driver turned up on time and was also very friendly.Would recommend this garage if you are in need of a car or van.

Reluctant to give them one star, called up before committing to a 2 hour drive about a car that was listed as THIS VEHICLE IS A CREDIT TO ITS PREVIOUS OWNER". I asked if the underside was in good condition to which I was told it was

I bought a pickup witch had paint job on rear scratch over sprayed scratch was still their they said they would sort though still poor quality. Went of for weekend coming back at 9pm on A1 overtaking it lost power nothing more to give did this few times after even when dropping speed lost faith. Rang him up to witch he said Why is it not here and take it to your local garage to check it. It had done 61500 miles timing belt needed changing at 62000 miles so checked the air filter see if it had been serviced was full of dirt leaves etc asked for the Mot & Emission he said if you go on line you can print your own off ? So after buying this I have spent a further £850.00 on timing belt & Service from a Trusted Garage

If I could give minus stars I would! Quick and happy to take my money from me.. But when it came to organising collection/drop off of the vehicle, Radio silence. Phone calls not answered. Emails not responded to. Live chat agent completely incompetent. I have actually called the finance company and told them the deal is off and that I will look elsewhere. I would avoid at all costs, not worth the stress or the hassle.

If I could give 0 stars to this dealership I would. Absolutely appaling customer service from Js, salesperson who swore at me on the phone today after ordering a car via this dealership using Choose My Car. An independent garage has told me the rear brake pads/discs need replacing and the front aren't much better. I tried to get this rectified after taking delivery of the vehicle on Friday afternoon. Firstly no correspondence or details provided to me regarding this organisation by Choose My car, which is a separate matter. Secondly they have breached GDPR by sharing previous owners details with me and thirsly I've been called an f&@king idiot" by J on the phone when I have refused to accept paying more money out to get this issue rectified. I wouldn't recommend this company or the sales person at all!"

I recently bought a van from Valley View Car Centre , I paid 4900 for it witch included deliver to my house , the van is a superb runner with tons of service history , looking through the service history i saw the van had a brand new engine 35000 ago , I am so happy thank you

I recently purchased a car from Valley View after 2 days several faults were detected I contacted the they weren't interested saying electrical faults were not covered. Be very careful before you part with your money
