Fireplace finesse
We used them recently to instal a log burner in my workshop and another one in the living room. Very pleased with the results. Extremely professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. We shopped around prior to selecting them. We found them to be the cheapest. They do seem to be quite busy all the time, so book early.

Absolutely fantastic experience, from the first showroom visit to the finished article. We changed our mind part way through the work and the team just took it in their stride.Really pleased with the work and the finished article, can’t wait for winter to arrive so that we can start to use our new stove.Cannot recommend Fireplace Finesse and their team highly enough.

Ordered a log burner for fitting in a purpose-built room. Mark was able to offer a number of ideas and solutions both at the store and on site visits. We got a professional and attentive service. The fitting by Paul and Wayne was first class. Highly professional and beautifully done, and the few slight problems they encountered on the day were quickly and cheerfully overcome. allow up has been good too although the lockdown has so far prevented a site visit. I would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Knowledgeable staff gave good advice and a range of options for replacing a defunct gas fire. The fitting was seamless and took less than 2 hours. We very pleased with our new remote control fire, it looks great. I highly recommended this business.

Mark at Fireplace Finesse was very professional when he came to give us a quote for our log-burner and we had complete confidence in the company to do a very good, thorough and safe job. After contacting Fireplace Finesse an appointment was made for Mark to come and quote for a new gas fire.Mark gave us great advice and has excellent knowledge of the products they supply. The installation went without a hitch, the fitter left the area clean with all rubbish taken away.We are 100% happy and would recommend this company without hesitation. I would highly recommend Finesse Fireplace. Mark was very helpful, professional and friendly. Paul was an excellent fitter. He worked hard, was friendly and turned up as promised. He left the room clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the service I received and the quality of their work. I would definitely give them 5 stars.

Very pleased with our new woodburner from Fireplace Finesse. From start to finish a very professional job. Mark and his fitter were very knowledgeable. They kept us informed all through the ordering process. We also had the chimney lined at the same time which has made the fire burn way better than our old woodburner. The woodburner looks great in our inglenook.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
