A S PARKING

Sadly I made the mistake of parking in Looe I am disabled with motor neurone disease and have a blue badge in a specialised wheelchair vehicle. Unfortunatley, the ticket moved and it would appear that we are not really entitled to appeal so we have had to pay the very large FINE! for making no mistake other than parking in one of Dick Turpin's Cornwall car parks... why did we ever visit Cornwall??? Never again!! YOU have PUT ME OFF spending my last few months visiting YOUR county!!!! Thanks from a terminally ill man.

Quite disgusted that we had paid £2.50 for our parking up until 18.27 on the 12th August and a penalty ticket was issued at 18.39. Not realising the time (we were on holiday) we quickly returned to put on the £1 ticket, this was at 18.52, the after 6pm rate, only to find a parking notice had been issued. If we hadn't paid at all the notice would be acceptable however It must be a common mistake that many holiday makers make and some concessions should be given.In total we must have spent around £50+ in parking fees while we were in Cornwall and to be honest, we are seriously thinking twice about returning as rip off Britain strikes again.(also they charge £3 for paying the fine online)

Avoid parking here if you can, had bought and paid for a ticket with proof and they fined me because it (allegedly) was not displayed correctly.For a £4.50 ticket they are finding me £100. Make sure you laminate and super glue it to your windscreens or they WILL fine you.Never have I dealt with such and incompetent company, completely incapable of doing their own work. CCTV images show me buying the ticket and putting it in my car, GPS on my phone shows my time and dates, even walking to and from the machine.Crooked car park owners. There are many more car parks nearby.

Awful company. For gods sake if fined don't pay these bullies a penny! Was fined £100 at fowey car park for not displaying a ticket for 20 minutes. I returned back from a meal out after my parking had expired and not realising the time paid 20 minutes late via phone. Returned the next morning to a fine. I paid for every day that I was staying there not like I just parked and didn't pay. Never using this disgusting company again.

DO NOT PARK AT PERRANPORTH!!Purchased an evening car park ticket for £1. Came back to a parking fine. My ticket blew off the dash onto the floor. Id appealed as accidents do happen, especially on a windy beach. But these sick individual's declined the appeal which instantly puts the price up to £80! Top work guys I wish you and your company all the best and thanks again for adding that to my family holiday to cornwall where we pull together money from working hard to visit cornwall. Im very stubborn, and really, really wont be visiting again because of your greed.

Absolute scammers. We parked in Porthcurno on one of the busiest days of the year. Took ages to park, (as is standard in Cornwall in the summer) and longer just to get out again. Paid for 3 hours parking, got charged because we’d been driving around a car park and gone over the three hours. There should be a grace period, especially considering how busy it gets. Of course my first appeal was rejected, and then by their biased Independant Apeals Service. We spend a lot of time and money in Cornwall, this is unnecessary and greedy. Shame on you.

You're probably here reading these reviews feeling bullied and scammed like the rest of us.I received a unenforceable Parking charge notice" from this company a year or so ago.The answer you are looking for :No I didn't pay the fine

I parked in Rock Quarry, used RingGo service but accidentally selected my wife's registration and received a ticket. Although they didn't dispute this they still insisted that the parking charge was valid and enforced the penalty charge. I recommend you avoid any car park run by them unless you are extremely careful. I also recommend that Padstow Harbour Commissioners and North Cornwall District Council reconsider the use of this contractor.

Parked on dead grass and was issued with a ticket. I was more concerned about the disabled elderly couple who's tyre just touched the grass crying about their parking ticket. Went to their website to pay my sixty pound fine which was down, went to pay by telephone to get it over and done with and today received a demand for 100 pounds. Went through the automated service thinking my payment had been made!! Who are these people who are robbing people on holiday???

We parked at Perranporth and paid and displayed, our ticket became detached and landed on the steering wheel, we were given a parking fine because we hadn't displayed our ticket (it was face down). The attendant saw the upside down ticket balanced on the steering wheel but issued the fine regardless. Apparently we can't appeal because it is our responsibility to ensure the ticket is in place and stays in place !.
