Rockhopper Locks Farnborough

We came across Rockhopper Locks by chance online and so glad it was Dave we decided to call as the whole experience has been excellent. Dave @ Rockhopper is polite, professional, quick to respond and from first phone call to initial visit was less than 30 minutes! We had quite a bit of work needing done as we are a commercial property and once the work was started Dave was very efficient and communication was excellent in terms of letting us know his plan. Would definitely recommend!

Dave came to the rescue when my 81 year old friend managed to lock himself in his bedroom (faulty door lock). I couldn't gain access to his house with my key to help him because he'd left his own key in the front door, so I couldn't get my key in!! Dave turned up promptly and gained access to both doors and sprung him free!He also made the bedroom door safe and recommended and fitted a different lock for the front for so this won't ever happen again. He was polite, friendly, helpful, and got us out of tricky situation.Highly recommended.

Dave came round as soon as he could to sort out our back door for us. Within 30 mins he'd fixed the lock and the issue with the door having dropped slightly. This means that we can now close the door without having to slam it and we can lock it without a distressing graunching and a noise like an important spring was about to ping off into the distance, leaving us once again able to secure the door with a good, solid (healthy) noise instead. He even had a quick look and gave us some advice on fixing an internal lock ourselves, to save us some money. He was polite, very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing as he said precisely what the lock problem was before he'd opened it up. So very impressed with Dave and the service he provided, we've saved his number for the next time a lock gives us grief!

We locked ourselves out of our house this morning, with a key stuck inside our door stopping us getting back in. We found Rockhopper Locks via Google and gave them a call. We were pleased to hear we would be able to get help within 15 minutes. Dave was on time, polite, friendly and got stuck into the job immediately. It was a tricky job but Dave had plenty of tools and methods to try so we were back inside pretty quickly. He even fitted a new tumbler for us on the spot. We’d recommend Rockhopper Locks 100%!
