As a first time buying a newer car I was blown away by the service given by Dean. Very knowledgeable and patient with me while keeping me informed of every step we did to getting the paperwork done right and letting me know what I'm signing up for.The car has been perfect so far with no issues and I feel paid a fair price for what it was and im sure will be coming back when I need to.

We had very pleasant and efficient service when buying our car (thank you Maddie). All questions answered patiently and we had many. So far so good. Purchase went smoothly without any unpleasant pressure or hassle. With any second hand car there are always unknowns and some reasonable allowances to be made. We did our own independent check upfront on car too - as we would buying one anywhere. I would be happy to buy from CarStore again.

Good choice of cars, lovely show room but I can honestly say I have never met such a lovely a team. No hard sales pitch which usually puts me off!! Dimetri assisted with our purchase and he was delightful… I also love the fact you are Dog friendly.. Would certainly recommend CarStore

Amazing experience. After having a bad experience elsewhere I was a little nervous about trying again but Pete was so helpful and it was a quick turn around which was amazing!! From the enquiry to the handover all was one within 1 week so would definitely recommend.

Purchased a used car from CarStore Exeter last week and it was a brilliant experience from entering the building to leaving with our new car. We had the pleasure of chatting with Pete, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived very soggy after a walk from the train station in the rain and he had a hot drink in front of us in seconds and even offered to give us a lift back to the station if we didn't leave with a car that day. Luckily, he managed to get us on the road in the new car within just a couple of hours of us arriving and made sure we were set up with everything we needed. Our new car is in pristine condition and we are really happy with it. In conclusion, I highly recommend using CarStore and asking for Pete to assist you!

Our first visit was a very positive one, spoke with Dean who was very helpful. Second visit not so, Dean was day off and we had the misfortune of speaking with Gary ( possibly the the most ignorant and arrogant salesman I've ever met) but as we'd had such a positive experience with Dean we still went back to see him, test drove and decided on a car. Everything from the sales side was excellent with Steve helping along the way, we did raise concerns at this point over the negative reviews we'd seen online about customer service but we're assured that they had dealt with these issues and we shouldn't worry. Signed all the paperwork and collected the car, all good until we found some features on the car that were advertised were deactivated, after several phone calls with no resolution I called twice and asked for Dean to call me back but nothing so asked for Steve to call me back and surprise....no call back so I felt I had no other option than to escalate the issue into a complaint through the website to which I had an automated email come back that laughably was headed 'Reputation' which stated that I'd have a call within 48 hours and an action plan to resolve my issue but 10 days later absolutely nothing so I guess we should've heeded the warnings and bought elsewhere so buyer beware - drive it away and have no issues and you'll be fine, have cause to need the customer service element of the process then good luck because professional courtesy and basic customer service are completely non existent throughout the company.Mr Wills (first and last time buyer)

I recently acquired a BMW 4-series from Maddie at Car Store Exeter. The car was purchased on-line after an on-line condition review. Maddie made the process very easy and the car was duly delivered on the agreed date. however, there were a couple of indents on the body that did not show on the review. I brought this to the attention of Maddie who arranged for a local dealership (Leeds) to address the issue at no cost to me and with little trouble. Maddie was very professional and helped my first experience of buying a car on line stress free. 5-star service...

I have been looking four a 5 series tourer for a while now and I found one through Carstore and I am very satisfied, the price was very reasonable and condition on the car was immaculate. The person who we dealt with (Pete) was very helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely buy again from them.
