Dresses were nice. Communication from this place was very poor indeed. Said they were Gona get in touch regarding alterations. Didn't. Turned up to pick dresses up one day at 4. Rang and said they'd left. Although website said was open till 7. Might be nitpicking, but principal is big to me.

Great experience, lovely shop & beautifully presented. All the dresses were immaculate & everything was so organised. Maddy was brilliant, made us feel at ease & was so very helpful. My daughter said yes to the dress!

Not happy at all. We went here 2 weeks before lockdown my 16 year old paid £180.00 deposit on a £400 dress which was ordered NOT made to measure with alterations needed. After lockdown my daughter didn’t get to have her prom so didn’t need the dress. Asked for at least a partial refund (reasonable) but was refused as “we have a no refund policy” and was told the dress couldn’t be sold as it was especially for my daughter!

Wow what a lovely little gem of a shop. There are so many different designs to choose from and the dresses are so well cared for, my daughter and I visited 5 different prom shops and none of the shops were as clean and as organised as Prom N Party.And the service is second to none, Maddie and Laura went above and beyond to help with no harsh sale tactics, wish we visited this shop first would have saved alot of time and effort.Thanks you Maddie and Laura for all your help xxx

I was looking for an amazing dress for my special birthday. I live in Cheshire so was unable to visit the shop but The amazing Maddie was so fab on the phone that we discussed choosing the right dress. WOW when my dress arrived it was out of this world and fitted perfectly. I found Maddie to be professional, friendly and so interested in my dress. She wanted to make sure it was right and rang me the following day to make sure I was happy with it , I was over the moon. It's a first class service from a 1st class lady. Gutted it's not Closer to home ! We need Maddie and Prom N Party in Cheshire YAH! X

Can honestly say that Prom N Party have helped make a stressful time an easier one.Staff are friendly and helpful from the moment you turn up. It doesn’t matter if you have a budget, they are able to show you a wonderful array of dresses and make your young lady feel such a princess.The viewing is not rushed and they will do everything they can to help you. We had Caitlin who chose the perfect dress. My daughter would never have considered it but it is perfect.Tess, who does the alterations is an absolute gem and nothing is too much. The alterations we spot on and the dress looked even more fabulous.It is by appointment which means you have a dedicated staff member helping you choose and try on dresses.Thank you Maddie and your team for making this an experience we won’t forget. I will definitely be recommending you to others and of course you will get copied into the pictures ☺️

Our daughter, Tilly, required a prom dress. We visited several other shops but Maddie and her team made our daughter feel so special. Maddie was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The shop is beautiful and dresses are immaculate. A great experience and would thoroughly recommend.
