we sent 3 dogs to the groom room for cuts the Yorkie looks fine but the two pekes look like hardly any coat has been shortened as their winter jackets still don fit and the are very heavy coated still.Groom room is still to come back as promised to what we do next, difficult to get through on the phone hence the comment

pup was admitted while the place was absolutely covered in hair from previous dog.When he came out they'd nicked his claw,which was an accident it had been bleeding.Dissapointingly he smelled like he'd been in a kennel.Didnt smell of shampoo or anything.Dissapointed and wouldn't waste money on a puppy groom anyway.

Absulte joke won't be back again my dog was terrified getting her nails done first time being here and cut her nail it was bleeding wouldn't go back again had the cheek to say the more you come she'll be less scared !

Brought our puppy in and showed a photo of what I was looking for, the girls were really nice and great with bella. Was absolutely over the moon with her cut (looked like a wee teddy bear just like the photo). I will definitely be taking all 3 dogs next time. Would recommend giving them a call.
