I had my bathroom done over the moon with it. We were kept well informed about start dates and times. Love it would use this company again.

We had a consultation with Andy and gave him all our requirements of what we needed. It all sounded great as we had lots of quotes for our patio and heritage said they could start straight away. How WRONG they were. It took nearly four weeks to complete the work was shocking! There are parts of the patio where the imprinting doesn’t line up. The pin curbs did not go up to the fence in one area which we specifically requested that they did. The patio was higher than the grass with sharp edges and gaps where you could see the rubble. The fitters blamed the owners of the company and vice versa so the communication was shocking. Andy said he would send someone out to put it right- that didn’t happen. Original fitters came back to try to rectify it returned the grass as it was now ruined. Even this was done badly with obvious gaps. They agreed it wasn’t the best work so this was then reflected in the price. We paid most of it - probably more than what it was worth. The whole process from start to finish was really unprofessional! What has really annoyed us and what future customers should be aware of is the lack of communication between who ever runs this business and the contractors. Our job was not up to standard at all. Nails were left sticking out if the fence- We have photos of this, which could have really hurt our 11 year old son. We complained from start to finish about what we wanted and got passed from pillar to post. My husband was then THREATENED that the company- ANDY- would come and rip the whole lot out because we paid less than was quoted. We had agreed the price with the fitters and paid. We paid 6000 as opposed to 6800. All in all a shocking and stressful experience and a shocking attitude from the company.

Absolutely over the moon with our bathroom, decided to have it renovated a week before Christmas! The work and hours Dave & Bruce have put in to have our amazing bathroom finished before Christmas was fab! Thank you so much!

Just had bathroom refurbished. New wall cladding and bath replaced with a walk in shower. Cloakroom also done with new wall cladding and heated towel rail.Work to a high standard and would recommend

Had new bathroom completed in a week very high standard of workmanship and so pleased with the finished results. My en suite begins in a few days and I look forward to the next project

Just had my bathroom fitted by The Heritage Group, fantastic service and a great job done by the two lads that fitted it, couple of little issues came up during the job that were sorted with minimal fuss and no delay!! What a brilliant job! I wanted the cracked, flooded, weed infested area outside my house improved, but I also wanted it to fit with the appearance of this old house. I’m delighted with the result which has resisted the recent heavy rain and looks exactly how I dreamed it might. The Heritage Group listened to what I wanted and did the work efficiently, clearing away all the rubbish and always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
