We had a lovely newborn photography session with Jon and Chantele. They kindly accommodated us last minute and were fantastic with our little boy. They helped get our baby to sleep and didn't rush through the shoot. Was also nice to be able to get some family shots too! We are really happy with the photos we've recieved - we would recommend!

In 2018, my wife Siân and I booked a photographer and requested that he was joined by a second photographer for our day. Much to our luck, Jonathan joined me and my best men at our house in Swansea that morning and supported Gareth throughout the rest of our day. The photos were stunning and he even got involved in some emergency tie repairs with us! I'm also pretty sure he stuck around longer than planned too. Couldn't fault him! Thanks Johnathan!

Jon and Chantele of Cross-Jones did not disappoint. We booked a newborn shoot and Jon was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating when we had to come a little later than expected for our shoot due to the late arrival of our baby. Their studio is set in an out house of their beautiful home, equipped with lots of props, heating and any spare essentials such as changing mats and blankets should we have needed them. As first time parents, they both helped us to get our little girl off to sleep so they could shoot but never rushed and really took their time to get the best shots and ask us exactly what kind of props/set up we wanted for our pictures. We received previews in 3 days and our full photos in black and white and colour one week later and needless to say they were flawless. They have their own style yet they are more than happy to accommodate the needs of their clients. For what they offer, their prices are fantastic. They are a professional and experienced, yet fun couple and we highly recommend them. Thank you Jon and Chantele!

I've known Jon and Chantele for a number of years and was pleased to hear they were available for our wedding. As a husband and wife team, they work so well together and even our guests commented on how relaxed they felt having their photos taken by them. Jon knew just how to get the best reaction with a joke or two in order to make sure they were all smiling and the photos really do speak for themselves. They went the extra mile to get the best possible photos, which even resulted in Chantele sat on the floor and getting trapped between some automatic doors at one point but the result was worth it.I'd highly recommend using Cross Jones Photography.

After we moved our wedding, Jon managed to accommodate us and delivered an incredible package of superb shots. He really wants to deliver for the client and employs the use of different cameras for stunning shots. Delighted with his and Chantel's services.

We hired Cross-Jones photography for our wedding in December 2016. They were absolutely incredible, so friendly and warm, our guests all commented how lovely they were. My wife and I have had Jon and Chantele capture many of our happy moments. They shot our wedding in 2017, a countryside family shoot in 2021 with our eldest son and most recently a newborn shoot at their studio with our youngest this year (2023). Importantly, they can be relied upon for awesome photo quality, but they're also a pleasure to be around. They have a wonderful calm working demeanour that's puts people at ease and brings out the smiles. The Little Green Shed studio is a lovely space for newborn and toddler shots, and they have built up a great collection of carefully curated objects and clothing to make the moment look extra special. It's clear that they are hard working and have great attention to detail.We cherish all the photos we've had from them, and our house is a walking gallery of all their hard work!

Chantele and Jon Cross-Jones photographed our wedding in August 2015. They were absolutely fabulous! So reassuring and relaxing on the day, with gentle direction for amazing shots.
