Some better English and a few smiles would not go a miss, they are a very miserable couple who should maybe find another careerAlso they should remove the minimum contactless spend limit, not everyone has coins on them.Not saying no coins in society is a good thing but that's the way the world is unfortunately

awful staff NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING FOR COLLECTION OF PARCELS HERE especially from WISH,all you need to do is show a QR code, but NO they wouldn't accept this, needed the courier how the hell am i supposed to know who sent it ? also needed ID, have another parcel going too doubt il bother as won't get it. NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM ACCEPTING PARCELS !!! didn't want to add a star but wouldn't let me post, actually NO star from me

Rude,arrogant lady and her husband. Maybe need taught how to be respectful and learn customer skills as they don't have any. If it wasn't for customers they would not have a buisness. I and a lot more i know will spend our money elsewhere.

Awful very rude lady who has told me twice to get out of the shop when I was trying to return some parcels and I asked her for help. She was even more rude with the my daughter who was trying to return parcels too. And I was never swearing because I actually have respect unlike the rude person in this shop. People who work in a shop are meant to help not be nasty and hurtful IM NEVER GOING BACK

Came to collect a parcel from DHL but the miserable man behind the counter's telling me they haven't got it, even after confirming with DHL it was signed for. Never getting anything delivered there again.

I have just been to this shop and the women behind the counter was extremely rude , I would suggest not going to this shop unless you want to be talked to like your a piece of rubbish, will not be going back .
