After having had a less than successful bathroom refit with a different provider, we were keen not to repeat the experience. Simon was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking to refit our ensuite bathroom. He couldn’t have been more different and made the whole process completely stress free. From our first meeting with Simon we had complete peace of mind and were reassured that there would be nothing that couldn’t be resolved. When we then decided to have an extension and kitchen refit, there was no question of using anyone else. Again, Simon did not fail to impress us with his high standards, attention to detail, quick response time and superb project management of the entire kitchen fit from start to finish. We are delighted with our finished kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to use Simon for any future projects - there is nobody quite like him.

Simon is an absolute superstar, he helped us through choosing what we wanted and what would fit in the space where we wanted the fitted wardrobes. He came and measured up, gave me a date when the wardrobes would be fitted and stuck to it. Simon has just finished installing fitted wardrobes in two rooms in our house and we are delighted, the finish is excellent and the process painless! The wardrobes that he supplies are really good quality and we have got exactly what we wanted. Simon is good at what he does and his attention to detail is top notch. When I bought my house it had carpet in the bathrooms, a disgusting whirlpool bath that no one wanted to use and an ensuite where it felt like I was peeing in a corridor.I was exhausted from the move so your suggestions and ideas and vision were so welcomed. Simon installed a replacement sink / plug hole device in July. The seal changed due to temperature difference between July and October this year. Simon dropped in, diagnosed the issue and solved it in less than 24 hours notice. He’s a brilliant bathroom / design technician and his attention to detail is second to none!

We chose Simon to renovate one of our bathrooms at home. I was impressed with both his workmanship and professionalism throughout the engagement. He really thinks through the design and will guide you on what he thinks will work well in the space. Simon is a real perfectionist and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Over the last year, Simon has fitted wardrobes in our main bedroom and recently refitted our shower room. While both projects are different, Simon applies the same consistency in design and standard of fitting. He works very closely with you from the outset, ensuring that you get what works best for you. He is a very good designer and has a good mind in ensuring that what you get maximises space and usability.I cannot recommend Simon enough for his workmanship, manner and letting my two dogs help with the shower room.

I first met Simon more than 15 years ago, when he came highly recommended from two friends of mine, having completed bathrooms for them both. We were pretty clueless on the design for our complete bathroom transformation, so we really appreciated all his ideas…and we ended up with a fantastic bathroom that still looks great today - we always get compliments about it! We recently decided to replace and update the shower unit, and it was great to make contact with Simon again. Another job completed to his very high standards! He also came to my rescue today, talking me through how to fix a toilet that wouldn’t flush!! Not only will you get fabulous work from him, but he’s always available to answer any cries for help long after the job is done! Highly recommended!

Working with Simon on our Kitchen renovation was brilliant from start to finish. We wanted someone who could help us at every stage from design all the way through to delivery and Simon did this so professionally. Not only was his own work of the highest standard he brought in other trades who were also incredibly professional and he helped to manage these throughout the project ensuring that all the different elements came together at the right times in the right way. In 2008, Simon and his IOKB team did a great job on refitting our family bathroom. We were delighted he could come back to do our ensuite and cloakroom in 2023. He is a great designer, craftsman and advisor across all aspects of the job - always easy to work with and responsive - and has an excellent level of skill and a bit of OCD to ensure the finished job is perfect. The subcontractor trades he introduces and manages - electrics, plastering, decorating - are all brilliant too. Could not be happier. Strongly recommended!
