Been attending classes for a few years now, and I've achieved stuff I never thought I would. Has greatly improved my flexibility and agility, and the lessons go at a great pace. Indy is a great teacher who I'd recommend to anyone regardless of their level of experience

Capoeira antiga is the best body-spirit work there is in my opinion. I have no words to describe its power and subtlety. It's something you have to experience and give yourself time to feel it. It's awesome.

My kids (age 6&9) love these classes and the mix of dance, martial arts and music keeps them entertained!Lessons are well structured for both children and adults.Great class, highly recommend

Amazing!! I really enjoyed the class, the Capoeira moves combined with the sound of the instruments being played live create a very uplifting atmosphere for all. Kubata is also brilliant with children! They seem to thoroughly enjoy it!!

Classes with Indyana are varied and challenging for all the kids different levels of confidence. It's my daughter and my favorite activity, particularly the family days where we get precious play time together. Highly recommended!

My 6 year old son loves his capoeira class. It's the first activity which he's really made a commitment to. I think this is down to the teacher being so passionate about capoeira and good at explaining things so that he understands. Good venue too.
