Nice place to record but the parking is not organised well.

Wow - what a horrific companyI booked a rehearsal room weeks in advance for an audition that I am organising. I explained the purpose when I booked.I've just received a text at 1a.m, 36 hours before the session is due to begin, canceling the session with no reason or apology given. No refund was even offered - only 'credit' - like I'm ever going to want to use this company again!Weeks and weeks of organisation have gone into this, not to mention travel and accommodation already organised and paid for. The likelihood of me finding an alternative venue now is low, but if I do, its likely to cost me hundreds of pounds.I texted the support agent to find out if anything can be done - they hadn't even given an explanation. I was told it was because equipment needed fixing. I offered to bring my own equipment and still pay full price - apparently this was not an option.Everything was dealt with so coldly. When I suggested an apology might be due, I was met with 'laughing' emojis.I can't believe how ridiculously unprofessional this has been. Am absolutely livid. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY - they clearly don't care about their customers

Great experience, equipment can be missing or damaged sometimes but the guys at Pirates are quick to respond and help you out. Wonderful service couldn’t be happier with the sessions I’ve had there!

Use it for dj practice great booths clean tidy and great decks and lighting booths bit on small side when in a group but idea for one to one teaching or single person sessions

Giving only 4 stars due to them not providing any toilet paper :/ apart from that perfect decks working fine and location clean

After an unexpected cancellation due to emergency maintenance, I contacted the 24/7 live chat support who were extremely helpful. I spoke to Winta who rebooked me into a better studio at the same date/time despite nothing being available on the website. Great support and my session was saved!

The DJ equipment has seen better days, but I suppose this is to be expected when it's being hammered regularly by people who don't really care about it.The remotes for the air conditioning often dissappear too so can sometimes be freezing, or like a sauna depending on what setting it is stuck on

It took us 20 minutes out of our hour to get the amps working. The problem was the wires they provided. Someone helped us efficiently on the phone. However, we were given no compensation afterwards. Imagine if the cinema charged you full price for 2/3 of a film!? Once the room was set up and everything working it was great.

Great space to practice, reasonably priced. Will use again.
