Elite Hot Tub Service

Never shows up when promising to call and repair my hot tub. This has been ongoing for over 7 weeks. In that time I had one visit to advise on a repair. I researched and purchased all parts needed within days and still no one showed up. I was always sent the same text message week after week about being busy and promising to come the following week. Now spent nearly £100 in parts not needed and having to buy a new tub.
