Dire very bad service only giving one star as I can't give a zero rating verbally agreed to buy a property sold through them put my property up for sale sold it within two weeks notified Peter Alan Gorseinon and we're met with excuses and return phone calls which never came finally we were told it had been sold and the contract signed four days earlier then a later call we were asked to up our offer which was refused and I asked how can an offer be made on a property that has been signed for... No reply very poor and not professional at all

I am very pleased with them. They came to me when I struggled with another estate agent. As soon as I switched to them I felt like, Yes, they are the right one.I need to special thanks to Lisa Owens helping me throughout the process. She is very professional and supportive.

Avoid - Booked a house valuation appointment but they no showed. Phoned them up and it turned out one of the staff forgot to put it in the diary". I had to take valuable time to leave work for this and it was disappointing to receive an unprofessional service with such a lack of regard to the customer. Selling a house is a long process and communication is key and they failed at the first hurdle. Won't be using them again in future."

Paula was fantastic! Really professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended to anyone looking to rent. I can’t fault anything! Paula went above and beyond to help with anything she could. Paula was always available when I needed to speak to her , she really is the very best!

Very professional and extremely helpful team. Made first contact via an email in which I had a prompt phone call back from a lovely sales representative that arranged a viewing for the property I was interested in. She also arranged for me to have a chat with the in-house mortgage advisor, although I had a mortgage in principle already in place I found him to very informative and went through a lot more options that were previously open to me via a different company, I am now using his services. I viewed the property with the same person that rang me and it was a brilliant viewing she gave us plenty of time and was willing to answer any questions we had. After further assistance from the mortgage advisor and branch manager I was successful in the offer. I'm really grateful for such fantastic service and can't wait to get everything done with them.

Paula is absolutely fabulous she deals with everything so sufficiently and she is the queen of Peter alan Gorseinon.Peter alan Gorseinon would be lost without Paula.Always outstanding communication when I need something urgent or something to be done paula always sorts it.When paula was on annual leave, Nicole who covered paula was also amazing and always always helpful. Both of the lovley ladies are a pleasure to communicate with with my property when needed. They are both rising stars. 10/10 xx
