Dave Davies attended my property today to sort out the electrics for new boiler. He also installed the new thermostat. Dave was very professional and could not have done more for me! The work completed was fast and to a very high standard. I don't think i've met a professional who was so willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommended this gentleman for any electrical works.

Came out to do a boiler service, condemned our boiler said they'd be back and never showed. Find out next day they had no intention of coming back on the previous day . Left a family of 4 with no hot water without any communication.Still waiting for the repair to be done as I type

Cancelled on me last might on two occasions, when they actually did the work they left two radiators leaking (slow leak). I managed to fix one myself and I called them several times for the second but they did not fixed it. I put a towel under to soak up the water but since leak had been slow over 3 weeks my carpet smells.UPDATE: Eventually someone came to fix the leak.

Took old boiler out in February coldest day left me with no heating or hot water put new one in next day said will come back tomorrow afternoon to put new rads in ,didn't turn up rang an 4th day said will be with you this afternoon, I had appointments for 2days. So they had to come on the Monday. They turned up ,left me with leeks from pipes on outside and leek on hall radiator they did fix it after a few calls. Now I still have another leek in the hall no one seems to fix
