Jodie and Tanya are great. I am on my antenatal journey currently and I have had the antenatal physio check up with Jodie, and a pregnancy massage with Tanya.I am surprised that this is not mentioned during midwife appointments and it is a brilliant extra check for yourself. I look forward to the postnatal check up.

I went to go see Martin with my ongoing knee problems whilst playing football, he knew straight away what the diagnosis was. He started a treatment plan and within a few months I was pain free and back to playing football without any problems. I highly recommend the Health Hub!

So knowledgeable, I never thought that I would love acupuncture & physio so much, they have helped so much in managing my pain and recovery from a hip replacement, plus the girls on reception are all so welcoming, its a really nice place to go to, I can't recommend it enough.

I contacted The Health Hub 6 weeks ago as I was training for an event and was experiencing terrible knee pain in both knees to the point where standing and walking a few steps really hurt. The very friendly receptionist put me in contact with Martin who saw me the next day.I was expecting him to say that I wouldn’t be able to take part in the event but he didn’t. He listened closely to everything I had to say, carried out his examination and explained very clearly what I had done to my knees by overtraining. He came up with a plan and started work immediately.6 weeks later I have just completed a 100km ultra marathon with absolutely no pain at all!! The next day I was back on my feet mowing the lawn!!I would like to say a huge thank you to the friendly staff at The Health Hub and Martin in particular as without his knowledge, support, help and answering my never ending questions I would not have been able to complete this long term goal. Thank you.

Ive been using the practice on an off for the last year. I have chronic back problems which have plagued me for most of my adult life. I have found the three different therapies used; osteopathy, chiropractic and sports massage are brilliant at keeping me pain free ad mobile. the service and honesty received is to be applauded.

If you have aches or pains then go see the team at the Health Hub. I personally have been using them for a couple of years and they have always fixed me.I have used several in the past and it always feels like they just want your money. With the health hub they genuinely care and they have never told me I need 16 sessions.They have fixed my staff, my parents, my colleagues and friends so they come highly recommended.Sam is amazing at identifying the core of the problem and treating it and I dare you to have a sports massage with Tina is unreal.And no I don’t work for them.
