After springing a leak with our hot tub, we feared the worst.Ian was excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful. He soon had us up and running again with a simple fix. He was proactive on his visit, rectifying a few minor issues that could have developed into more significant problems.Thank you, and I highly recommend them.

A really great local (to us) business we are so pleased we discovered it. We engaged Ian to service and repair our ancient hot tub which he did really well and when that hot tub finally called enough he helped us find a really great replacement. The personal service we received was second to none and we were made to feel special throughout. His installation of the new hot tub was meticulous and nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hot Tub Plus they are outstanding.

Ian and Charlene are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. They are happy to impart their knowledge and advise to the best course of action. Ian came to fix a leak in one of the pumps on my hot tub, he ended up having to take all the sides and the cover off to get at the problem. He did so with a cheerful attitude and nothing was too much trouble. I can HIGHLY recommend this business.

Rang Hot Tub + , as Ian came highly recommended by numerous people when I put on Facebook that I needed a hot tub moving from our house to another. he was very proactive with texts and communication at all times , and very reasonably priced for the move against others. the move was very professionally done, with all the correct equipment and was done so smoothly with absolute peace of mind with our expensive hot tub. I contacted Ian about my hot tub after finding an alien object on one of my seats. He was much more knowledgeable and helpful than my supplier regarding this. It transpired a part had broken within a whole unit. I ordered the part myself, and had Ian out for the repair to my hot tub. His knowledge, skill and perseverance meant that he was able to fix the hot tub without having to cut pipework, and replace the entire unit and ultimately not have to spend much longer on the job, as was suggested by another technician, therefore saving me some money.He has a pleasant and friendly attitude and is an honest and reliable technician. His customer service goes above and beyond so I would be delighted to recommend Ian/hot tub plus to anyone.I will be supporting the business with the purchase of my chemicals/supplies from hot tub plus in the future.
