WASHCO
The online update system on their university washing machines (UoS) is broken and has been for nearing 3 months. Emailed them and they replied it was an issue with Alliance in America, like I know what that means. They never gave any time frame for a fix.

Do not use. Absolutely terrible customer service and response times. Left without a dishwasher in a 70 resident care home multiple times. No correspondence and calls emails and messages ignored. Use wolf they are much better.
