Shop does not change, did not have perfume in stock but were happy to order and get it sent to my home, great.

Pharmacy Review Only: Appalling conduct from the pharmacy. Placed a prescription order on 22/02/23, went to collect 17/03/23 (allowing plenty of time for preparation, as it's never ever ready!), was told they had no record. Rang the surgery, apparently it was scanned on 24/02/23, so 2 team members lied about the prescription status, presumably to cover-up they'd dispensed it to someone else and now had no stock. This is integral medicine and without it the patient is not able to function. That's not withstanding a wasted morning travelling in to collect. According to the surgery, it's common practice for Boots Montrose to lie and blame the prescription processing team at the practice for any discrepancies. You're walking a fine line of medical negligence, you should be careful pharmacy team.

Same again boots very.dear shop they no how to charge for things staff who do they think they are only store assistants nothing glamours about them disappointed very upbrupt staff

Boots delivery area. Hard to find. Customer service is good. Delivery is quick and not so bad. The surface could be better...

Boots in Montrose is a lovely store, it's a big shop so plenty of options & choice. Staff are always extremely pleasant.

Always found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Quite often go above and beyond to help. Well done guys.

I was second in the queue but felt ignored as assistants were busy filling prescriptions. Even though they saw I was waiting they kept busy. The information passed onto me was thorough once I was attended to. I'm not an impatient person but I did feel a little annoyed at being kept waiting

What an abysmal phone service - I tried calling 3 times and each time after it went to the automated service, it rang out - that was after selecting in turn, the Pharmacy, General Enquiries and just holding the phone waiting for someone to answer. Absolute nonsense so a simple message to the Store Manager - sort your store out and answer phones promptly as you are giving Boots a very bad name.

Really friendly staff, kind of makes a change nowadays. Im shopping here again.
