I went to the Gym here whilst I was staying down in Dunvant on Holiday. I booked the session online the night before (£6.75 for a walk on session) and the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The Gym is well kitted out and there is a lot of space which is really nice. There are dedicated areas, from Cardio to Free Weights/Resistance, and there is a separate room upstairs (over 16s only) with extra equipment. It was also really clean, and it is air conditioned so it was a good temperature for working out. I would highly recommend this.

Sunflower Fields is a burst of color and joy! The sea of vibrant sunflowers is a sight to behold, creating a cheerful atmosphere. It's a fantastic spot for photography and a great place to bring a picnic and enjoy the scenery.

Penyrheol Leisure Centre
I swim regularly at this pool. It is always clean. The staff are lovely, especially Susan, Nadine and Fion, they are smashing girls. They are all very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The changing rooms and reception have been updated, and the facilities are excellent. It can get busy sometimes, as do all pools, but that is a small price to pay for such a lovely pleasant venue. Nothing to complain about here.

Here for the first time today and very surprised how well stocked the gym is if you are looking to get fit or increase strength you can't go for wrong

Pretty standard leisure centre. I know it's part of freedom leisure so a pass here works in the majority of leisure centres in the swansea area. I use it for the gym only and it doesn't have tons of equipment but enough for s decent workout and it's not been too busy yet.

Love the swimming pool, not too busy so when lane swimming you can often have a lane to yourself.I was disappointed at how small the gym is, especially as the time I booked a solo gym session coincided with a gym circuit class so I ended up tucked in the corner with limited equipment available. I feel like they should just close the gym to solo sessions when these classes are running.The treadmill touch screen was also not working properly.

Squash courts are pricey and could do with a make over, holes in the ceiling!☹️
