Dissapointing service. No staff cleaning tables, so some were very dirty. They got our order wrong and even missed a frappe. The frappe I got was watery and hardly had any cream on. The prices were ultra high, with a medium hot chocolate being £4.15. Really poor.

Fantastic place ! Lovely staff, lovely drinks. My favourite Costa ever. Ellie, Meghan and Annie really make you feel welcome, and are very friendly. Top marks for Cullompton Costa.

Tried to get click and collect here, waited for 10 mins and went to the till been told the order hasn’t gone through. Asked one of the staff for a reason he said he got no clue. Tried again and waited another 10 mins, still nothing waiting for me at the till and another staff told me c&c never works here. That’s half hour wasted and I left without anything in my hand. Unprofessional and ignorant staff.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the staff member here who helped my wife out when she wasn't allowed inside with our dog. The staff member noticed her trying to queue, took her order and bought the coffee out to her at our car - all free of charge! This was a lovely, helpful gesture to an otherwise traffic-jammed journey. Thank you so much!

Awful. No food left and queued for over 30 minutes for a coffee. Not enough staff and coffee equipment. Staff were polite. Right next to queue for toilets, really awkward environment.

Costa you should be ashamed , one staff member , undertrained (2weeks )and over worked , still smiling but taking so much grief! Where’s your duty of care to staff? Visited 21/08/22 4pm!

A regular half way stop for me spoiled yesterday morning around 10-00 am. There should be nothing wrong with asking for a Cortado extra hot, butter for the toast, instead of ‘spread’, which the busy operator couldn’t be bothered to go get some more, plus 2 slices of toast (one smaller than the other) Ok, no problem, but only to find that it was the small crust. Can still live with that and put it down as a bad day at the office, however not so when the girl in charge of the counter is looking over and having a laugh with a colleague at the customers expense.
