Nothing interesting and the prices are high. The only thing I liked was the jams and their range. The service is so-so.

Lots on offer, if you can actually buy anything. So unorganised, 5 members of staff working, yet they only seem to be able to manage serving one at a time.. waited around for 10 mins and there was only 1 person in the queue. Pastries were nice though when we finally got them .Have previously been in here for the butcher's. It's definitely more of a farm shop than butchers. The quality of the meat is pretty poor and doesn't look great even on display

Passing off meat as Local not their best move .. when it’s clearly foreign rubbish from Leaver Brothers !! Prices are also much higher than local butchers .. best things are the pies and sausage rolls which are made elsewhere !

Appalling service. There was 4 of us waiting to be served and 3 members of staff were completely oblivious that we were there. 1 lady was doing doughnuts, 1 lady was piping cream onto cakes and the other lady was looking in the meat counter. After waiting for what seemed liked eternity, the customer in front of me asked if anyone was serving and the lady doing the doughnuts rudely stated she was busy, the other 2 ladies just stood there like zombies, unbelievable. We all walked out. Won’t be visiting again, awful place.

No que so thought we would get some donuts. Didn't get told about the long wait but they took over 10 minutes for not very nice ones. Don't bother.

Not very good to be honest. Turkey sandwich consisted of two thin slices of cold, unseasoned turkey swallowed up by a huge tasteless bap. Same for a thin spread of tuna. Nothing farm shop about any of it. Chocolate eclairs were stake and institutional" tasting. Won't be back."

Good hot food, cakes etc. The meat isn't the best and the service can be less than ideal when it's busy. It's in a prime position in a busy area so they really do need to work on being quicker.

I usually love the trifles from this Farm Shop and most weekends am disappointed because they don't have any left, so I have to have something else. Today I was delighted to find at approximately 4.45pm they had one trifle left, albeit I did think the cream looked a bit dodgy. From paying for my trifle, I went straight back to my car placing the trifle in a cool bag. I only live on Trentham Lakes, so from Shop to my home five/ten minutes maximum. I popped the trifle in the fridge whilst I made a coffee, then sat down to enjoy my treat. I was a little concerned because the cream looked more yellow than white, but thought maybe it was clotted cream. However I tried a tiny bit of cream on the tip of my spoon and it was sour and tasted rancid. As you can see from my second photo I put it straight into a rubbish bag. Whilst I appreciate £1.95 isn't a fortune, it's still not good to pay for something unfit to eat, that is then immediately thrown away. Obviously this trifle had either been in the fridge too long, or the temperature in the shop wasn't suitable for fresh cream to be kept all day. This has put me right off Trentham Farm Shop trifles and I think it'll also be quite a while before I purchase fresh cream cakes from this store again. Obviously I'd say to others if cream looks funny it probably is, so save your money.

Nice little farm shop close to the entrance to the gardens. The meat looked good quality and there were also a few vegetables, preserves and confectionery. They do sandwich deals that include a drink. Bought a pork pie and a Cumberland scotch egg for my lunch. Both were good quality, very flavourful and not expensive. Pleasant and helpful staff.
