I couldn't make my mind up whether to write this, but given my experience it needs to be said.Firstly, my dealings with Kane were very good, cant complain there.Secondly, however, my dealings with the sales manager were totally different. I went in looking for a Mini, car was good no complaints there. I was looking for a deal that wasn't to be made on the day, however id reserved the car for 72 hours so informed the sales manager I would think about it. She advised me that the reservation would be removed if I walked out, as the car wasnt right for me - basically trying to put some pressure on? I advised her that according to the correspondence I'd received post reserving (£250) that the car was reserved for at least another 48 hours and left.Sure enough the car was back for sale that afternoon, back on auto trader, back for sale and available to reserve on their website. That's not on to be honest and why this review is seeing the light of day, if someone reserves through their website and is advised the car is held for 72 hours it should be held for 72 hours. Not 24 hours. Putting it back on the market is bad customer service, but considering her attitude it doesn't surprise me. I did end up buying the car (reserved it again!) so maybe it was right for me after all. I wouldn't buy a car from Bradford JCT600 again that's for sure.Thirdly, absolutely zero parking here so dont expect to be able to park at the showroom

Took my car in with engine problems, was told various parts needed replacing. Took it to another garage, they found a snapped wire, said that was the only thing that needed fixing and sorted it for 1/4 of the price JCT quoted me.

I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Umaryr Mirza when choosing a new vehicle you for my mum. He was extremely patient and attentive and listened to all our needs and requirements and sourced the perfect vehicle for us. He provided us with the correct information and in a timely manner he responded to all calls and emails pretty much straight away and he walked us through the process from choosing the vehicle to picking the car up in an extremely smooth transaction, he made the whole process quite stressfree and always did so with a smile. He is a true credit to the company and I would recommend anyone to use his services. The after-care was 2nd to noon with a follow-up calls and emails to ensure everything was okay and if we understood all of the paperwork and he talked us through all the documents step-by-step so we were correctly informed again he’s a credit to the company and I would highly recommend using this gentleman

I visited the branch on Saturday morning to view 2 cars I had seen online for myself and my baby. We test drove them and put down the deposit on a Peugeot 2008 and was advised that the car would be prepped and I would receive confirmation of the two minor bits of work (replacement wing mirror and new tyre) had been complete on Monday and collection would be Wednesday.Fast forward to Monday afternoon, I receive a call from the sales person advising that the sale of the car could not be completed and they deemed the car could not be sold due to the amount of work that had been picked up during the prepping of the car and it would not be financially viable for the car to be sold to me due to the high cost of repairs. If they sold the car to me they knew I would have to come back in 3/4 months about these issues. This was very distressing as I was now without a car for me and my baby and I was worried that I had nearly purchased a car that had underlying issue which I previously hadn't been made aware of nor had the garage been aware of. This is concerning as the MOT was completed 6weeks prior and I would have expected these things to have been checked ahead of it being put on the market for sale. I was offered to move my deposit over to another car they had for sale but my confidence in the dealership has gone and I don't think I would trust that the same thing didn't happen or even worse, I went ahead with the purchase and I ended up having issues with the car. I hope going direct to a dealership would give me peace of mind but that doesn't seem to be the case. I have since requested my deposit back and I have been advised it should be back with me in 3 working days. Be careful buying cars from here.

The service we received recently by JCT 600 Bradford has been all round fantastic and without fault, they do say the best way to measure a company is how they deal with a complaint rather than the business as usual, well these guys excelled. At no time was my daughter Abigail without a car and there was absolutely no issue in getting her car repaired following a recent purchase. The quality of the repair appears to be excellent and the car is now as good as new.
