Service so slow waiting 15 minutes to order a drink would not recommend if your in any kind of rush!!!

The staff are lovely and helpful, foods a bit bland (I had a coffee and a toastie) so probably wouldn’t purchase again. Took around 15 mins for staff to clear table near me however they did look short staffed. If your a fan of a more ‘book reading’ style of coffee shop then this is your spot, just not my kind of place.

Not happy with takeaway cups being used for sit in customers they say dishwasher broke but funny that's exactly what they say at the Snowshill branch and there's has been broke for over 4 weeks now personally I think it's a cost saving excersise as the takeaway cups don't hold half as much as the crockery but they charge just the same might try starbucks

The layout, especially around the counter, doesn't lend itself to waiting for your order. This is even worse when it's busy, but then again this is the sake with pretty much every Costa I know. Still, the coffee was good, some nice latte art, and the cakes were very nice.

Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. Got a seat right away after ordering. The hot chocolates were made instantly and looked absolutely fantastic. Was given a little Toblerone to go with the drink and a little spoon for the cream. Tasted absolutely delicious all the way to the bottom. It was a well deserved Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend trying it.

Three times I have got a sailed caramel frappe with cream & I love them but they have not had any sprinkles.

It's ok here just starting to get a bit tired needs a good clean of furniture etc. Drinks are good as always though can't complain about the yummy drinks

The food was excellent. However I didn’t like the atmosphere and one the staff seemed a little bit tiredFOOD I RECCOMEND - mini shortbread biscuits Cappacino coffee
