Trust in a garage when they are repairing your car is paramount. My son in London was a victim of rip-off garages and as a consequence, the engine of his car was struggling showing signs of internal combustion component damage. Unable to find a trustworthy garage where he lives, at my suggestion after eliminating several local specialised" garages

First time I've used this company and they went over and above. From diagnosing the fault to ordering the part to completing the work was all done within a matter of days (I had to wait 4wks to even get a diagnosis on my car with the main dealer of my vehicle). The professionalism, customer service of this place was of the highest standard - I would highly recommend.

Took it to their garage first time for an MOT. Car had no problems for years but all of a sudden at least £1000 in repairs for high emissions and suspensions. Already the MOT was more expensive than other garages asking for nearly £60. They got me to change my lambda sensors for £250 overall.Took it to another garage and I find out these guys didn’t even put any oil in my engine! Other garage put oil in and used cataclean and it dropped emissions right down - so I wasted £250 for nothing.They wanted me to change my suspensions too (and pay for realignment on top), but the other garage said my suspensions were fine but had to be changed anyways due to it causing a failed MOT.I spent overall £700 in total (£250 for the useless sensors and £450 at the other garage for all the other repairs), but had I stayed with these guys they would’ve ended up changing my catalytic converter (basically for the price of my car) without even checking the oil first!Don't take your car here, they'll scam you out of every penny.

First time customer and Surefit are a pleasure to deal with. Raj, Harvey and their team are experts in diagnosing the problem, carrying out the work without fuss. Changing all 4 tyre valve stems was not straightforward, but they were very accommodating with fitting me in and their knowledge and advice was impressive. A local, family run business to be proud of.My second visit involved a misfire diagnosis and resolution. This took 2 days with a delay in parts and a family emergency, after all it is family owned. The helpful and friendly Rhys on reception went through the work they had carried out and the total bill was under £200 for looking at it, parts, labour and road testing. How good is that.

You have to be careful, looks like they wanna rip you off! I enquired about changing oil and air filter, which he called £140, that’s on the high side so I went for oil alone £100 . When they got done , the manger or supervisor, don’t know which he is, gave me a bill of £140 and insisted that I must pay. He was quite rude and wild , with lots of customer relation , threatened to leave all of the money or I pay all … which I know he can’t ..lol .. It was a bad experience if you ask me ! I think most of them there were Indians….
