Earring broke after first time putting in on. Horrible products! Go Primark instead - better quality. They also don’t do refunds-shocking

No stars!!! I don’t know who gave that imbecile manager her job, she is extremely rude, and sarcastic for no reason, the service given by her is awful, her tone of voice is a disgrace, never have met a manager with such attitude. She’s letting down lewisham Warren James big time!!!

Avoid shopping at the lewisham branch at all costs, as their customer service assistant 'Sarah' (young thin Caucasian female with black hair). Is extremely rude sarcastic ill trained with overall no customer service skills. And as for their store manager 'Jacqueline Hill' (tall middle aged Caucasian female with short blonde hair). She is rude lazy unprofessional and a complete and utter disgrace to Warren James.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid Lewisham branch at all costs the staff need training on how to treat customers they are nice to get your money but as soon as there is an issue they are very rude and patronising especially the manager Jackie who has no manners or common sense. To be fair to Warren James as a company I will give them 5 stars to the customer service team who dealt with an exchange when the manager refused to give me one after my earring broke within 2 days of wearing it. However reading from other reviews your staff are letting you down.

Very rude staff. Especially that lady with the blonde hairs , glasses and weird plastic earrings. It is a same for so big brand to have so unprofessional and mannerless staff.
