St Peters Post Office

The staff are amazing and always exceed my expectations in customer service and advice. They manage the branch effectively and are very helpful to all their customers. +++A+++

Extremely slow and one of the ladies always talks too fast and repeats herself about 10 times to a customer causing more delay and confusion to the customers. No consideration for the customers who have been waiting for more than 15/20 minutes. Overall poor service. Would be quicker to go London Rd post office and back and still the queue wouldn’t have moved!

Was expecting the worst after reading reviews. What a surprise! Waited 3 minutes in a queue. Lady attending to me was cheerful, professional and welcomed me to the UK, after giving me my visa. All in all it took about 5 minutes. Well done thumbs up!

Long queue... Not enough attendants... Even employees admit there's always a queue... If you have an alternative post office to use, you may want to choose that.

There is always a wait of 10/15 minutes. It’s Saturday at 10:50am and there is only 1 person working as usual. There are 6 people waiting….the service is just not good enough but people have no other choice but to come here as there is not another post office in the vicinity

Awful Post Office. The worst I’ve been in. They are extremely slow and the ladies take alot of time chit chatting amongst each other and even the customers. Now, i’m all for building rapport but when you have 10 people waiting to be served and you’re taking 15 minutes with each customer, that is absolutely abysmal. Not only that, They have a habit of trying to upsale. I saw the guy infront of me wanted to send a letter and asked normal 1st class but the woman persuaded the customer to pay close to £7 for special delivery. 1st Class Signed for (recorded delivery) was good enough for a letter!!!! & it’s not the first time i’ve seen this happen whilst i’ve been waiting in the queue. They take advantage of vunerable customers who don’t know any better or not fluent in English. They are absolutely disgusting. They are extremely nosey and always want to know whats in your parcels too. They won’t ask whats the value like you should be asking, They ask whats in it. I have had one of my parcels stolen from these people when I wouldnt tell them as it’s none of their business whats in my parcels & shouldnt be questioned. I print my own labels and paid for it online. I was regularly dropping it off. Cause it was 1st class Signed for it was insured for upto £50.I do not trust these people. The old owners were so much better!

If you ever wondered or want to see an example of rubbish customer service this is the place to visit. Bunch of clowns! all they do is talk and some of them have no manners on how to approach a customer, no please no thank you. The only reason why your business is busy is because there isn't another post office in Highfield and poor old folks have no other choice then to come to you. A little tip when you have finished dealing with a customer you call the next customer by saying either next please" or "how can I help you today". Not by doing hand gestures. So rude! Never again!"

Not managed very well at all. But some staff are always nice especially Summaya I think that’s her name.This post office has no supplies like envelopes…. Do better please.I now use the Evington Post Office now. So much more efficient customer service.

Long queue, not enough staff. I was waiting for like 20 minute and there was still another 5 people in front. Had to leave and go elsewhere. Get some more staff in!
