Today I have picked Ted up after he's had some repairs done. He was in a sorry state as he neared his 70th birthday. Thank you so much for restoring him, and giving him his growl back. No more hidden away in a box, he's on the bed where he beongs ❤️xx

Emily has been reunited with her cry of mama, and can now open and close her eyes as she could when my mum and dad gave her to me 75 years ago. Very happy!!!!

I would recommend this shop. I picked up my donkey, Judy today. She's 64years old and her neck is now firm and no longer droops. She also smells lovely after being cleaned. The repairs are done with so much love. I would recommend anyone to take their much loved toys. Thankyou x

Did an amazing job of fixing up a noddy soft toy whose seams were coming apart. Gave him new body and new shorts, would highly recommend to anyone.

My Daughter took our beloved Roo to the hospital yesterday after he had been ripped and some more stuffing. My daughter told me has soon has she entered the shop it felt magical and handed him over and because we had travelled so far the lady said she would fix him that day. On going back she was very nervous but had no needto be he was perfect and she couldn't thank them enough. I highly recommend anybody who needs a toys teddy doll fixing take them there even if you have to travel you will be a very happy customer. Once again a big thankyou.

I couldn’t be happier of the job the guys at “the Doll House shop and dolls and teddies hospital” have done. I had my teddy since I was only 3 years old and this teddy has an enormous value to me. Clearly after all this years it needed a full operation to bring it back to its origins. They not only have done so perfectly but kept it absolutely identical.I definitely recommend it. Brilliant job.Thank you again!

Sent my 1960s doll to have her legs arms and head reapplied, so pleased with the result she looks amazing and it only cost £18. Very pleased.

I've just had my 15 year old teddy bear replaced here and when I walked in I was instantly welcomed by the lovely staff and when I explained to them what had happened to my bear the woman in here told me to come back in a few hours and when I did my bear looked brand new like the rip hadn't happen and he was stuffed beautifully and I could tell that they took so much care with him because my bear is now perfect and I'm so glad I took my bear here I would definitely recommend this place
