Gold and Times

Can't recommend these lovely Gentlemen enough. Earlier in the year I broke my ring finger and had to have my wedding, engagement and Eternity rings cut off. They had been small for many years but I'd just not got round to having them made bigger. I took them to Gold and Times and they increased the size of all 3 rings in the same day and when I got them back they all looked beautiful and sparkly again.Fast forward to today and since I broke my finger I have also lost quite a bit of weight and my rings were slipping off. I took them in to the shop this morning and they have all been reduced to fit again. I've just picked them up and they're beautiful and sparkly again and fit perfectly.Same day service and very reasonable prices. Can't beat it.

My watch was purchased from here for my birthday, within a couple of months it was showing signs of wear and at the five month mark the strap keeper (the little piece of leather stopping the strap flapping) broke away completely. I returned to Gold and Times, the warrenty didn't cover it as expected - disappointing : ( Also the strap keeper can't be replaced alone so I had to purchase a completely new strap.I purchased the new strap from Gold and Times and they fitted it quickly immediately too - the watch looks lovely again and is safe to wear.

Had 2 rings polished, 1 resized and the wifes broken bracelet fixed here. All i can say is WOW, they made 2 inherited heirlooms sparkle again and brought them back to life and got what i deemed permanent scratches out of the ring faces. Superb value for money too, would highly recommend these lads...Thanks gold & times
