What a fabulous service! Emergency call made to Steve as the lock on my holiday property had jammed. He was at the property in less than 5 mins, got us in and fited a new lock, all ready for my new guests arrival. Absolutely saved the day!

Phoned Steve in the evening. Didn't expect a response that late. Still came out to us in Wool and assisted when I got a broken key stuck in my roof box the night before we were driving to Scotland. Honest, straightforward bloke so highly recommend!

Steve is an absolute star! He came to the rescue when I locked myself out of my home on an horrendously wet and windy night. The old lock proved a challenge but with Steve’s considerable expertise; his can-do approach and his infectious positivity I was soon back inside. Phoned Steve on a Saturday and he came out the next day (Sunday) to look at a lock for me. He managed to repair the old lock rather than just replacing so only paid the call out. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Called Steve to a broken door locking mechanism, he was prompt to reply and come look at my issue and Within a couple days he had the parts and repaired my door for me. What an Outstanding service from Steve, who is honest and trustworthy company who is also very reliable as well.
