Little Haven Nursery

The few bad reviews made us overlook this nursery originally but from our experience they are far from true! Little Haven's manager gave excellent advice before we looked round and no question was too much bother to answer. Our son is absolutely thriving at Little Haven, runs in every morning and talks fondly off all of the staff. He is learning loads, he's always outdoors and he's always smiling; everything you want from a nursery!

Our son had attended Little Haven nursery for a year and we all love it! The staff are very friendly and energetic and the facilities are fantastic- very clean, well-kept and varied. Our son has learnt so much since attending Little Haven. We love getting updates through the day and have always found the management approachable and professional.

Awful, slow communication (unless they want something). Several emails and calls ignored and when you do speak to them they are generally rude with a arogant attitude.I am not sure what the care is like, however, its worth being warned that they are not good to communicate with which I feel is important when your buying a service.
