Caroline saved the day - During these hard times of Covid I struggled to get a personalized wreath created - The funeral home had only 1 florist that was open and they could not carry out my request with only 72 hours notice. I called Caroline and told her requirements, she had to make 1 phone call and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm 'YES' it could be done. The wreath was delivered to Gillman's in Tooting on time ready for the funeral the next day. I cannot thank Caroline enough for helping me at such short notice and basically dealing in a calm manner, with a lady in 'panic mode' - Thank you and I will recommend your services to all of South London
