We came in last night at 4:30 am because my husband had dislocated his shoulder in his sleep. We were beyond impressed by the level of service and care we were provided. We were seen and was out within an hour ( this is unheard of in my previous experiences) so we were very grateful as we both had work in couple of hours after this. The dr on shift (we didn’t catch his name) had the most caring, calm and professional attitude towards us and managed to put my husbands shoulders back in place with such ease and care. Really a huge thank you and well done because I myself work in a similar field and was just so proud and blown away with your support. Also the team of nurses on site and the two lovely receptionist ladies were super friendly and reassuring. I hope they get the recognition they truely deserve. Thank you all.

Taken here by ambulance from 00:30 on Sun 19th Nov 2023. Here for my wife waiting 4 hours to be seen by the doctor and nothing yet. Also asked 5 different nurses/ doctors/ paramedics/ receptionists for painkillers and only got it now after 3-4 hours of asking with my wife's pain continuously intensifying. She is very grateful it came in the end, but they need to make it a habit to offer painkillers to patients in the waiting room needing them.

Just want to say how loving and caring the reception staff, doctors and nurses are at this hospital. Thank you to the receptionist at west mid. ( Debbie) who went out of her way to help me…..Having a bad experience with Ealing hospital, I came to west Middlesex and she really went out of her way to help. I received great treatment and such a great service. I would highly recommend this hospital as they treat you like a human and show genuine compassion and care. Please avoid EALING at all costs.

The least that can be said is that it is very bad. Long hours of waiting with the negligence of the employees. I spent two full nights with my wife and my infant son. He was very sick and had severe infections, but the stupid doctors are not interested and not competent. Imagine that they ask us and then search on Google to find out the reason. What a foolish method this is, despite many attempts. To talk to the doctors to check on the baby’s parents, but they sit on their phones without paying attention to the patient, and when the doctor comes, he is satisfied with questions without seriously examining the patient. Their service is bad and does not rise to the level of humanity. I only put a star for the comment, but they don't even deserve a word. I hope this comment is a warning to those who want to deal with this bad hospital. They are not professionals at all.

I spent yesterday for my wife in the A&E Dept. The treatment that I had was amazing from triage to when I left. The team in B Majors were kind, hard working and professional. She had CT Scan and X-ray all done in 48 hours. A big thank you to all the wonderful NHS staff there who work so well together.

My mum was referred to the hospital by Bath Road Surgery for an X-Ray and was told to go to A&E. The initial experience at Reception in A&E was positive with details being taken by the receptionist, however when another receptionist (Identified as a Black middle-aged lady with a colorful ponytail) intervened, my Mum was told to go home because her symptoms were not urgent enough and an x-ray was not needed and was being aggressive and raised her voice when telling my mother where to go next. When my mother got home she received a phone call from A&E asking why she wasn’t at the hospital and that they had been calling for her as she had an appointment booked.

The nurses here ask you to die but wait. I was having severe chest pain with fever. When I asked they replied me don't harass the nurses. I wish they suffer the same pain some day so they can understand the pain. We pay IHS and tax for this level of the service. This happened on 15 Dec 2023 evening 20:00 pm. I hope no one else suffer.

Came to A&E with extreme anxiety and suicidal thoughts. After waiting more than 4 hours in the waiting room I finally got in. Another 1 waiting to see a nurse (I didn't see any doctor). Another 2,5 hours waiting. At the end another nurse came and gave me some antihistamine. When I asked her why I got this, she said she doesn't know they just told her to give it to me. Luckily it was only a few pills as I left the hospital (after waiting nearly 8 hours) with much stronger suicidal thoughts.
