They have tailored their pace of work and approach to the project to suit to our needs. Working with Target Cloud Consulting Ltd is great even with our first initial extreme deadline, due to circumstances beyond our control. Their skilled team that works with us (Craig, Dunc, and Gordon) is such a joy and with their expertise and customer service we were able to meet our deadline. We can never thank them enough for all the help they gave us. Once we starting working with them all the tension of the deadline just seemed to fade away. Since we have been up and running in Zoho they are still working with us and helping us fine tune our process with new automation. They are very knowledgeable in Zoho making suggestions about new products that will fit our needs without doing a lot of custom programing. I look forward to years of working with them.

I had the pleasure of being taught how to use Zoho and its suite of applications a few years ago when at a previous role by Craig - which helped the business in its setup and implementation of Zoho. Since then I have been able to take the skills and knowledge taught by him into more lucrative positions and credit him with my career progression!

While I'm not a paying customer of Craig's, I'm actually a relatively new Zoho Partner, and Craig has been a fantastic supporter even inviting me to brunch in his home town! Taking the time to help new partners I think speaks volumes. If he treats competitors like this then I can only imagine how wonderfully he treats his customers. Craig Davies took our call when we phoned for Duncan's help and dropped what he was doing to talk us through a scoop up and export as well as create a report so now we can continue on the project unaided. It was fantastic to get good old fashioned support over the phone on an unscheduled basis. That meant my training session on LinkedIn which was booked with my trainer could continue without us having to reschedule. It's not often one gets help so quickly on demand like that without it being organised in advance. It made a big difference to us and we're very grateful. As the marketing manager for a small business I was struggling with Zoho CRM.
