Great Service from Canenco at the most challenging time of the year when there are less days in the week and less staff due to holidays and sickness but they still managed to collect my bins on time. Well done to the managers coping with a logistical nightmare and the hard working drivers and loaders. Not the easiest job in the world and sometimes a thankless task.

Terrible service recently. The council STILL expecting a full council tax payment!!!!! Absolute daylight robbery during what is already a very difficult time financially!

Rude, aggressive, obnoxious workers. I watched them today refuse to move for a driver trying to leave our street. They could EASILY have done this my reversing about 3 metres. The next van reversed along the pavement and then shouted at a pedestrian, and when he replied, tried to start a fight with him.Absolutely appalling company.

Money grabbers...why strike....you know what wages are when you take the job. Don't let the general.public suffer...your argument is not with us. Bins not collected now for 2 months.

Missed bins reported a week ago and still not collected.During the strike I was taking my rubbish and my elderly neighbours to the tip myselfIn light of this I'm thinking of deducting money off my council tax bill.

**Update**At least ONE person goes the extra mile, isnt procedure led and applies critical thinking: Thank you Phoebe for the correct registration number after checking on DVLA registration check like I did and knowing something was not right. One of their drivers hit my Sons car on the 10th March it is going to be written off. They left basic details (Which is good) but the registration number of the vehicle they gave does not exist on the DVLA or Insurers database t so his insurance have kicked it back.Their number is automated and getting through to a human being requires a trial and error approach to dialling in and all they have done is confirm the reg number given and give a number for their insurer...Which did not answer and just repeatedly cut me off.Eventually after three hours of calls and being on hold I have been given a mail address by their insurer, who also cannot findPitiful customer service/assistance to someone who, through no fault of their own, has an undrivable car and cannot raise a claim because the vehicle appears to be unregistered and Uninsured.

Absolute joke of a company, don’t empty the bins more often than they do, when they do they leave a trail of waste down the road, the bin either in the road or blocking your drive and use any excuse they can to skip your road to get off early, no one available to complain to and zero accountability for their dire poor service if you can even call it that

My bin was broken during collection on Friday, reported it online straight away (easy process) and it was replaced 2 working days later. Obviously I'd rather the bin hadn't been broken in the first place, but it's bound to happen when you're handling 1000s of bins a day. However, the service received on reporting the breakage was quick and professional so it was worth mentioning. Thank you.

Some three months after requesting bulk waste removal from my deceased mother's property in Canterbury I got a response asking to commit to a date over the next month. Luckily I had managed to arrange a more timely alternatively at the beginning of February. Is this really an acceptable response time? I actually thought I'd filled the form in wrongly not that it would take this long. It is any wonder there is a problem with fly tipping if this is the type of service supplied by Canterbury council.
