After a blown injector on the A303 I chose to continue my trip to South Devon rather than lose my holiday. Unfortunately that meant two Green Flag recovery hops and Green Flag may have over promised somewhat on pick up time, but when Neil arrived we were reassured and he was both courteous and thoughtful. A transfer to another operator at Exeter was smoothly accomplished and Neil became the catalyst in saving our holiday!

What a fantastic service, recovered my friends VW split screen camper. Neil Russell the driver was fantastic. The vehicle was carefully, safely and securely loaded ( as it is very low) and number plates and exhaust were protected and Neil went out of his way to get me back home. Can not thank or recommend Rivermead enough.

I was recovered by Max this evening, he was very professional, friendly and went the extra mile. We had a bad experience being relay towed previously, so when we broke down we were dreading the tow back home. Max really restored our faith in recovery services and made a bad experience a little less difficult, which we really appreciated.

Had a puncture tonight on my way home, puncture kit useless. But Greenflag were wonderful sent out a recover vehicle within 30 minutes. The driver Neil Russell from Rivermead recovery was great , very chatty and knowledgeable about tyres. Taken home to the door.

I fell victim to a pot hole this morning and was recovered by Neil. Genuinely couldn't fault the service - arrived when he said he would, got my car on quickly and my day wasn't completely ruined. Thanks for making a rubbish situation much less stressful than it could have been.

My breakdown service were too busy so, outsourced recovery to Rivermead. Their office phoned me to confirm someone was on their way and duly, they arrived. The entire service was fantastic, the driver especially so. He called me when my vehicle had reached its destination and confirmed all was well. Thank you Rivermead, I am so appreciative of your friendly, reassuring professionalism and excellent service.

After contacting Green flag who were of no use, Rivermead were contacted. Unfortunately the guy that was working the night I needed someone was a no show, however the gentlemen who came the following morning was lovely really helpful even collected me from my holiday camp site, couldnt thank him enough.

Rang after breaking down. Was told I would receive a call back to confirm a recovery time and price.Waited over 2 hours before giving up and ringing someone else, which then prolonged being stranded even further.In the end I never received any call back what so ever, not even to say they cant do it which would have been common curtesy
