After we had navigated all around the one way system in Norwich because the online directions were out of date, the actual scheme was excellent.The staff were helpful and the scooter was ready for us when we arrived. It is very cheap at £2 for four hours with no deposit.I am assured that the directions on the web site will be amended.In the meantime, please continue along the inner ring road to the next roundabout and turn right to double back on that road and enter the Chapelfields car park. Do not go down St Stephens street as there is no left turn by Debenhams and no car park access from Chapfield East.

A great service, friendly staff, scooter was ready for us when we arrived. It made the trip into the city so much easier. Will use the service again.

Shop is very dull and dated, staff pounced as soon as we got in the door. They say good aftercare but that is a joke.

There was petrol all over the floor right at the disabled bays which my dad had slipped on luckily not falling to the floor. He then thought it would be a good idea to report it to the Shop Mobility on level 1 in the car pack as they were right there and they could then report it to Centre Manager. The lady who works there with a short bob said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ which my dad said ‘report it to Centre Manager’ which she then replied ‘is it necessary?’ which it bloody is to save another person possibly falling and hurting themselves! Not a very nice women to not care about others not thinking it’s necessary to report!

We were distraught when the Shopmobility scheme in Chapelfield closed down during the pandemic; but the fact that it has restarted under new management, and is now FREE, has utterly restored our independence.The new operators, Equal Lives, are friendly and helpful, and despite evident disabilities, couldn’t do enough for us. As a local charity they really do seem to put into practice what they preach. And we are certain that, if they can find additional volunteers, they will restore the provision of what has always been an invaluable service for the local community.We are extremely grateful—thank you!

It’s a great scheme that helps so much it’s worth the money my partner and I can spend the day going around norwich with very little stress. That is if your not young if you are get ready to be spoken to like something you steep in from a dog the lady in there tonight 15-12-18 needs to have some customer relation training. The way she spoke to my partner had her in tears for 20 min in the car after dropping of a wheel chair
