Every step of the way, he explained what he was going to achieve during the exterior redecorating contract we engaged him for, and stuck to the suggested timescale/s and arrived early or stayed late if necessary to make sure he completed on time - in fact earlier than expected.His communication skills are exceptional - especially where decision-making is crucial (eg choice of paint) and he takes pride in his skill, so as to achieve the best possible end-result.He has the gift of being able to offer suggestions in a gentle yet persuasive manner, while respecting the client’s own ideas.
