Amazing Hyman and great Subway place! the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I love the service done by amazing staff and managers on shift in the brunch time. Love thats…they are cleaning while having no customers in contact snd maintaining their outlet for best reviews.I personally love the great value subs..The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies.

This store is generally one of the better ones but today they had a new staff member working on the salad counter. I ordered a salad but she barely put any salad in the bowl. The bowl was only a quarter full - terrible experience. I asked her for some more lettuce but she literally added only a couple of pieces. I felt short changed by the extremely small portion.

The ladies on duty were very friendly and patient. They talked us through the order and was helpful when we wanted a box of salad for one of the boys. They also allowed us to have a slice of pizza for one of the kids at the table while we were eating our subway.The food was great!

I have ordered food from here via ubereats. On both occasions food have been missing, I ordered 3 meals deals and only received the subs...no crisps, no drinks and no cookie. Despite reporting this I haven't been able to get an adequate refund from the delivery company and the phone number for subway is incorrect. Disappointing! Poor service! Lack of attention to detail from staff.

Staff very friendly but why is it that every Subway branch smells strongly of gas really off putting. Only stopped for drink today. No atmosphere and place was empty.

This is my local store and is usually my preferred Subway location to come to. Usually the store is a 4/5 stars, however I am writing this 1 star review due to the discrimination i faced today. I hadn't eaten since early afternoon and chose to stop by before heading home as I was hungry. I was informed of the current £4.99 for a footlong offer by another friendly customer, however for some reason I was refused the advertised offer by the male staff member on shift. I was third in line to be served and watched and heard the two gentlemen before me be offered and redeem the offer mentioned above (both of whom were a different race to me). When I got to the till was told I'd have to pay full price & how the offer wasn't avaliable to everyone. When I complained about what I observed I was told to come back tomorrow to try redeem the offer. This experience has left me disgusted. I will be escalating this matter further until I can get a logical explanation to why I was treated differently to the two customers before me.

Extremely poor customer service! The man behind the counter was being so difficult to add a few olives even when I said I would pay extra to have added on to my wrap. Eventually he said I don't have to eat there! Just ridiculous!Toilet always out of service!
