Got a splinter from one of their wooden displays storing the chairs. Member of staff who was present & was showing me the display turned to me after it happened & said happened to me too before". If so

I wanted to purchase a few items I was asked if I had a membership. I said no. My items were on sale totalling £25 the cashier said my items will be over £50 so walked out. I was not asked if I wanted membership and sale items should be just that sale items! Con never to return!

Walked in to go outdoors bangor to buy a coat and the fat staff fella tells to other staff members to follow me around the shop and keep an eye on me never felt so uncomftable left and will never go back again think that fat idiot needs to get more outdoors

Customer service wasn’t great. No one had a clue what we needed and couldn’t answer any of our questions. We got sent to different people and no one could help us.

Large store with wide range of products.Think they've got most areas covered for outdoor life. I bought a campervan awning. It was heavily discounted (Once you pay £5 for an annual membership card). Staff were helpful.A great store.

Visited Bangor store this morning, very warm and friendly welcome as we entered. Stephan assisted my son and I with our boots then we spent an hour browsing and buying more items. Big store, tidy and well laid out, we then took the option of getting a Go Outdoors card for £5 vastly bringing our total spend down along with my Blue Light Card. Well worth a visit if you are in the area, lots of space for parking too. Well done to the staff, so pleasant.

Went to this store looking for a sleeping bag and Lisa took the time to explain different options. We felt we had made an informed decision after chatting with Lisa. I can’t sing her praises enough. Without her time spent with us, we wouldn’t have made a purchase.
